1. Agreement

Welcome to PiXmas. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our application.

2. About the Service

PiXmas is an AI-powered Christmas photo creator that allows you to generate holiday-themed images using your own photos.

3. User Content

When you upload a photo, you keep full ownership of your image. We do not store, copy or retain your images. Images are processed only to generate the requested output.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to use the images you upload.
• Your content does not infringe on any copyright or personal rights.
• You do not upload harmful, illegal or abusive material.

4. AI Processing

We use Google Gemini API to generate AI images. Processing takes place on their secure servers. By using PiXmas, you agree to their respective terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple. We do not access or store payment details. Refunds and billing questions follow Apple’s rules:

6. No Liability for AI Outputs

AI may produce unexpected or imperfect results. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, artistic variations or AI errors. You assume responsibility for how you use the generated images.

7. Intellectual Property

PiXmas branding, UI, templates, and assets belong to ATN Marketing. You may not copy, reverse engineer or distribute the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

PiXmas is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for indirect losses, data issues, device problems or AI output variations.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Any changes will be posted on this page.
